Established with the aim of providing technical and vocational education to the local community, Kharan TTC plays a crucial role in equipping individuals with the necessary skills to meet the workforce demands of various industries. The training center offers a wide range of vocational courses designed to meet the needs of the job market. These courses cover various sectors, including construction, mining, agriculture, alternative energy, automotive, electrical, mechanical, and computer technology. By focusing on practical training and hands-on experience, Kharan TTC ensures that its students acquire the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen fields.

One of the key strengths of Kharan TTC is its close proximity to the mining-rich areas of Saindaek and Riko Dik. This geographical advantage presents an excellent opportunity for the training center to align its programs with the skill requirements of the mining sector. In addition to technical skills, TTC Kharan also emphasizes entrepreneurship development among its students. By promoting a culture of innovation and creativity, the center aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to establish their own small-scale mining enterprises. This approach not only empowers students to create employment opportunities for themselves but also contributes to the overall economic development of the region.

TTC Kharan also recognizes the importance of community engagement and social responsibility. It strives to create awareness among its students about the importance of sustainable mining practices and environmental stewardship. By incorporating modules on environmental management and community development in its training programs, TTC Kharan prepares its graduates to be responsible and conscientious professionals in the mining sector.

Collaboration and partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and educational institutions are key to the success of TTC Kharan. By working closely with mining companies, the center can stay abreast of the latest industry trends and align its training programs with the evolving needs of the sector. These collaborations also provide opportunities for internships, job placements, and exposure to real-world mining operations, enhancing the employability of TTC’s Kharan graduates.
